Attending church for the first time, or coming back after a break,
or even just visiting a church while on vacation can sometimes be a little intimidating.
So, if you're wondering what to expect at FBC, maybe this will help.
Let's start with the "Don'ts"
You don't have to give money,
you don't have to dress up,
you don't have to be a Bible scholar,
you don't have to have your life all together
and you don't have to worry about sitting in someone's seat.
You don't even have to tell us who you are,
where you're from or why you're here,
unless you want us to know.

Much like a family we hope to support one another as we grow in our relationship with the Lord.
We would love to have you join our family.
RIDES | Need a ride to church?
If you would like a ride to church let us know
and we would be happy to arrange for someone to pick you up before Sunday School or Church
and then to drop you off afterwards.
Call 207-288-3563 by Thursday morning to make arrangements.

Is there a place to park?
There is a lot adjacent to the church building
that we try to save for guests and those who need a closer spot.
Spots can also be found either side of Ledgelawn Ave.
What should I wear? - there is NO dress code.
Be comfortable, casual... some folks even dress up.
We focus on the fact that worship is a matter of the heart and head, not external appearance.
What is the music like? We enjoy a variety of music styles.
Our praise team includes drums, piano, guitars, bass, flute and voices.
We sing hymns along with the piano.
How Long is the service? about an hour and 15 minutes
Can I bring the kids? Absolutely.
You and your children are more then welcome!
Don't worry about noise or distractions. We are in this together!
Could we come to Sunday School?
Yes! at 9:00 am there are options for all ages.
We currently offer nursery for babies through age 4
We have a class for school age children
And we have a class for teens & adults
